On our recent trip to Boston for the Business of Software Conference, we took a side trip to the Hallowe’en capital of America – Salem, MA. There we saw a real piece of clever marketing, a real noble claim. We saw the storefront of the Official Witch of Salem! Imagine that! It opened my eyes to the possibilities.
